Training Plans (non-adaptive):
12 week @ $180 = Only $15 per week!
16 week @ $200 = Less than $13 per week
20 week @ $225 = Only $11.25 per week
Training Plans (adaptive):
4 weeks @ $25 per week
includes: unlimited support via email, a four week training plan tailored to your abilities and goals, and no charge for adaptive changes made to your plan.
One on One Coaching w/ adaptive training plan:
4 weeks @ $60 per week
includes: everything that you get with the 4 week adaptive training plan plus one (1 hr) personal training session per week
Just One on One Coaching:
1 hour session @ $80
(for swimming, cycling, running, or cross training)
